Yes. Free registrations are confirmed instantly. For paid events, attendees pay by card, bank transfer, or mobile money through Paystack or Flutterwave, and you decide whether processing fees are added to the ticket price or covered by you.
No. Your event page belongs to you, and you share the link with your own audience. If you want extra reach, you can choose to list an event on the EventBuck events page. Listing is optional and off by default.
Every attendee receives a personal 4-digit code. Your door staff scan the QR on the attendee's label with a phone or laptop camera, or type the code. EventBuck flags anyone who has already checked in that day, so each guest is counted once.
It works as a digital business card. When another attendee scans it, they see the wearer's name, organization, and contact details and can save them straight to their phone.
Yes. Add custom fields to any event, such as dietary needs, session choice, or T-shirt size. Answers are saved with each registration and included in your exports.
Yes. Import attendees from a spreadsheet in a few clicks, and export your participant and payment records whenever you need them.
EventBuck prints crisp black and white name labels on XPrinter thermal printers, sized for standard badge holders. You choose what appears on each label: name, organization, country, title, and the networking QR.
Yes. Invite colleagues to your organization and give each person a role. Everyone works from the same events, guest lists, and check-in screens.
